Also, check with the translation threads at the e-hentai Cove of Translators to see if they have it on the list of future items to be worked or if it is just awaiting a bounty.

There are also threads for work in kind there such as "editors wanted". If you edit it, then someone might translate it in return for free. Or you can offer some of your e-hentai credits or hath. Since you have crossed the christmas season, you might have received an artifact or crystals in your character inventory and those can be traded for translations (especially artifacts).
