This is Himawari from Blank-Note

About a guy who had an accident and lost his memories 2 years prior to the game who find one day a loli fallen from the sky (the one on the right) who lost her memories too, and he begins to live with her.

But actually the real story is about the loli on the left who appear about 2 hours into the game and completely hijack the story when she comes.
And it's awesome.
