Not at all, Moona is growing in her, she's kinda feeling affection for her, even though she can't communicate properly. I think Pekora saw her just as a in-game friend, but she's slowly understanding Moona really appreciates and respects her. For Pekora to think in such a way it means Moona has gone through her thick shell and touched her feelings, but that relationship is still in development. I'd really love to see them keeping on their efforts to get into contact, to learn more about their respective languages, to get in touch through discord and other media. Moona really loves her, not in a romantic way, but like somebody who recognized her work, somebody she idolizes just like the rest of us and she's living the dream of every nousagi. I'm glad she grew up. As any hikki person, she must have been a resentful one against succesful people, but everybody has the right to change and moveon from their own fears and insecurities.
