I like the case, when you screw it up completely, it traps your dick in such extreme death grip that the only thing you can do are agonizingly slow strokes, rotating it, tugging your whole dick off or desperately try to push deeper. I really love this kind of dick abuse and my onas can't do that.
Onaholes definitely win in textures and gentle sensations and I use them regularly, unlike my fleshlight but if even once a month I can get a vastly different kind of pleasure, it's definitely worth it in my book.
They are expensive, yes. Then again, my other options are omocha jews or importing and dealing with weeks long wait and potential customs fees, so it's not that easy.
