I'm not sure yet, but I think I'm going to get a work visa in a company, in an I.T. position.
If they give it to me, I am looking for ways to get a house in the future without renting, that is to say, to buy one, BUT they are extremely expensive, so I looked for other ways and I found a "weird" but at the end of the day it is a house.
Basically to buy an abandoned house where a person died some time ago.
They are extremely cheaper, there are some as low as 10k dollars.
I am eyeing one worth 4m yen ($29.8k) that looks great inside and out.
