My belief is that the relationships go as follows.

Yakui, a delirious maniac with all kinds of freaky whims and urges, drags Shitai-san around for company, despite the fact that Shitai-san is... well, a corpse. Necrophilia may be involved.

Dorei-san is often associated with Yakui and Shitai-san for some reason, and as I understand it she's a sex slave or something to that effect. I assume the lines from her to Yakui are strictly business, but I don't know what to make of her connection to Nemui.

Nemui I assume to like Shitai-san for boob-pillows. Just a guess.

Ozoi-san rapes the fuck out of Yakui, if the way Yakui is in MUGEN is any indication.
