Question about uploading videos:

For some reason, Nico's sometimes rejects my below 40mb and below 600kbps videos

This only happens occasionally, other times it accepts what I upload. Anyone encounter this and how it can be avoided?

What program or site do you guys use to download songs from Nico Nico Douga (at least 320 kbps) now that NicoSound and NicoMimi is gone?

Is there a way to download niconico timeshift broadcasts, aside from fraps or a capture program? The timeshift for a broadcast that I really want to rewatch later is about to end and wont be available again. I tried googling it and searching on yahoo , but I only got like 2 year old outdated information.
