I really hope they can get the backend stuff sorted out. I'm not sure how the last chokaigi's viewership was split between physical goers and net watchers, but I'm assuming it's a 70/30 or even 80/20 split. That last 20% will definitely destroy Nico's servers if they don't prep right. Hell, even if it were 95/5, that last 5% would still cause the site to go down because their servers are about as effective as a tissue in a flood. And in this case if the livestream goes down that's it; no uploads of any cam-stuff from the parts you'll miss, and they're not going to put things on hold because it always takes a minute for info to travel.

On the bright side at least it's a digital-only thing, so schedules will probably be a bit looser allowing for more delays. Probably.
