Kind've a tricky question, do you mean good scenario as in divorced from the nukige (kind of like H-scenes in dies irae) or a good scenario tied inexorably to the nukige (like black-cyc stuff or like Evenicle)? Do you mean good as in deep and profound, as one would call the writing of a "good novel", or as in entertaining and popcorny, like one would call a "good moege" or some such? Lots of ways to interpret that question and perhaps not so many answers.

I recommend Chii-chan, however, as an answer to "an entertainy, popcorny scenario tied inexorably to the porn".
