I think that Elves, loli monsters and flying monsters generally start at around the same strength as humans in terms of hitting power but their upper limit isn't as high. Dwarves, Undead and the tall monsters have more starting strength (also in terms of hitting power) than humans but the same upper bounds. Monsters that aren't in the aforementioned categories are equal to humans.

In terms of carrying things, Taurics would be able to carry three times the weight as humans and the sturdier monsters like Dwarves, the stronger Beastwomen and the stronger Demihumans would be able to carry around two times the weight as humans.
