The pantsu. Is she wearing the pantsu.
Also she looks more mildly upset than Ange's trademark "looks at everyone like they're trash" stare.

Overall, 8/10. Lots of effort went into this, and would fuck. Possibly because she actually did the paizuri hole, the dedicated girl.

I used to think ep 8 of Umi was a little pointless, but the more I think of it and have it pointed out to me the more it lines up perfectly with the overarching story, and concludes it wonderfully.
I think it's a valid compliment to the story that it deals just enough of it's cards to keep things going without ever quite telling you enough to make it totally certain what happened.

... It was a little too on the nose, then it backs out of telling you everything right at the last moment.
I know what I just said, but it's definitely the weakest part for that reason. More that it's frustrating to read than bad necessarily, because the bits it leaves out are what keeps the catbox just intact enough to continue pondering about.
It does set up 8 well though, and they lead so closely together that I'd almost consider them two halves of the same episode.
Don't consider my ramblings too seriously though. Every part of Umi is cryptic once you get into it, so personal introspection is better than listening to someone else after a while.
