It's short. Object is you're a producer for pregnant idols called botedols and a girl decides she's interested but because she's not pregnant you have to make her pregnant. You choose what week of the month to have sex with her in hopes of getting her pregnant. If you succeed you two have a daughter and the game takes you back to the title page. If you restart the game it asks if you want to produce your wife again, or if you want to produce your daughter.

Producing your daughter means she begs you to let her be a botedol like her mother. Your wife is cool with it, she was a botedol herself after all but they won't trust anyone else to make her pregnant but her papa. So you've got to work hard to get your daughter pregnant so she can debut as a new botedol. Good luck producer-san!
