First off, that's one beautiful face-up, congrats on the Ronronshuka!
Glad you managed to solve the problem. Maybe it's just the angle, but it appears to me like the wig isn't completely on? When you touch the top of the wig, does it give a bit or is it solid underneath?
I usually make my own protective caps since it's easier to hide underneath when it's exactly tailored to the head shape. Before that I used silicone caps, which did an amazing job at holding everything in place as well as protecting any staining or indentations from tighter wigs.

Yahoo! Japan often has some floofy MDD dresses like that listed. I would suggest getting specifically MDD sized clothes, as sometimes MSD or other 1/4 sizes can be a bit wide in the waist/torso area and it just ends up looking off.
Nine9 style's MSD clothes fit fine though. These might be a bit different from the one's I suggested, but maybe you'll find some to your liking:

Or go with Volks sets.

Depends on the type of wig (curly, wavy, straight, short etc). Usually a super soft toothbrush will do, or to avoid static, a very fine metal comb.
For your case I would suggest an anti-static spray or a bit of spray gel for wigs, that will help you keep everything neat after you've combed the hair properly.
Regular human brushes are too big and will do more damage than good.
