The whole (Sex) thing was just me playing around with the talk file. Originally it says ((Various Things)) when you do sleep sharing but the intention was that you put in whatever you want in a pet talk file. You can also customize what they say when you actually select the entry you made. So that's what I have circled in red in the pic.

So in short, that last option in the sleep sharing can be anything you want it to be.
