It means I understand exactly why so many people find Hyoyeon "ugly", and I acknowledge she isn't attractive by conventional standards. But I still think she's beautiful.

Like, I know she has a face like a man, or even like a manly horse. The bottom line is that when someone says this ("Hyoyeon has a man face"), which is common, my answer isn't "omg fuk u stop talkn sht bout my waifu!!1!"
