I've been playing this way too much since I started last Wednesday, between this and Neptunia I haven't even started Grisaia.

What's so frustrating in this (aside from all the bullshit randomness) is the balance between leveling your favorite ships and leveling the most useful. Inazuma quickly became my daughteru and I just couldn't quit using her as my 1st Fleet flagship, even as she wound up surrounded by carriers and battleships. At least once I upgraded her it lifted her stat cap and I can buff her armor way more.

Actually, the Yamato is now available with the new event (extra set of maps available for 2 weeks), have to clear all the maps to get her. Good luck with that.

Fuck map 2-2, I swear that compass is rigged. I once got 10 straight boss fights while trying to do the "sink 3 transports" daily. To add insult to injury, you have to complete that one BEFORE getting the "kill 5 bosses in region 2" daily.

A good source of fuel is the first expedition in the 2nd map, send a handful of light cruisers and destroyers off for 4 hours and get 350 fuel when they return. My shortages are always seeming to rotate though, at one point I had to bench all my carriers as my bauxite vanished in the blink of an eye (fighting other players with carriers is a great way to lose too many planes).

I'm pretty sure she's extra rare, trying to get her specifically probably isn't worth it. Personally I just want to get a damn Zuihou, she only drops in the 4th region according to the wiki, so crafting it is.

Yura and Isuzu have the best ASW capability (aside from the fully upgraded torpedo cruisers which require lvl 50, so forget that), and Isuzu only needs lvl 12 for an upgrade.
