You're being a little too realistic for that anon but I will have to say that I share the same thing with you in terms of having a disabled sibling that I do not have any kind of "unconditional love" feelings.
I'm pretty sure not having these feelings while your sibling's disabled is completely normal, since I also saw this kind of attitude with a Catholic friend of mine that had a brother in special ed whom he disliked being with him given everyone laughed at him or so.

The thing that everyone wants is having a non-edgy weird and socially awkward sister, girlfriend and/or wife given it has always been cute to see such innocence when we do not have those personality traits.
Assuming everyone in /jp/ is a NEET but not socially awkward like /a/, of course.
