She went from being an unrepentant asshole to someone who only thieves if she's pretty sure it won't lead to financial ruin. She also generally is less interested in wealth, which Doremy knows. It's Shion who has no scruples with ruining others lives and wishing for extravagance (which was the whole subversion with the two of them).

The thing is, Joon is what she is and that alone probably compels her to try and bring ruin to others' lives, but she'd rather live like an ascetic if she could. On the other hand Shion brings ruin to herself and others whether she wants to or not, but she does indeed want to. Joon's consciously bad, but subconsciously good. Shion's subconsciously bad AND consciously bad. It could be argued that because Shion's powers are so fucked up, it's only natural that her personality would be twisted as well.
