While attending to the family conference late in the evening, Rosa came by the kitchen and mentioned to Gohda that there was going to be a Halloween party for Maria in the chapel the next day. Thinking this was a wonderful idea, Gohda decided to make some special treats for the occasion, but because he was distracted he accidentally reached for the box marked "Tiny Food Bombs" instead of the sugar. He gave some of the treats to Rosa, who took them to her siblings. They all went to the chapel to check out the party since they'd probably be too tired in the morning, when the tiny food bombs exploded and killed everyone but Rosa, who wasn't hungry.

Later, Gohda was hanging out and he heard Jessica having an asthma attack. Rushing upstairs, he found Kanon with her and reached for her inhaler, but as he swung it over to give it to her she tripped and he accidentally impaled her in the back with it. Kanon assumed he was trying to kill her and they struggled, and Gohda accidentally pushed Kanon out the window. Realizing he was going to get in so much trouble for this, he quietly locked the window, planted a stake in Jessica's wound, and walked off whistling.

While bored, Gohda decided to show off a new knife trick he learned to Nanjo and Kumasawa. Disaster occurred. Genji suggested they blame Kanon for it so nobody would find out, and dump the bodies somewhere.

Later in the evening, George and Shannon refused to believe Gohda's claim that he was capable of juggling three Stakes of Purgatory at the same time. Upset, Gohda offered to prove it to them in Natsuhi's room. Tragically, he was not as proficient as he thought he was.

Genji called Battler upstairs to tell him everything. Battler couldn't accept this ridiculous scenario, and declared that it was more likely that a witch did it.

Kinzo, Gohda, Kyrie and Teatrice.
Any or all of them as the culprits would be God tier, and I'd have a newfound respect for Ryukishi.

And now, let's take a closer look into even more reasons why this theory works.
Tea: A recurring theme throughout Umineko. Indeed, there are several conversations between most of the characters focused entirely on tea. The history of tea, the naming of tea, the types of tea. All roads lead back to tea. The biggest hint of all would be the "Teaparties". Just think about that last one for a second. It'll hit home eventually.

Indeed, tea appears everywhere in Umineko. Every few scenes, normally a short time before a "murder", the characters will be talking and drinking tea. Clearly it was the tea that killed them. Blood on the floor, but no body? That's because somebody coughed it up after drinking the tea.

As for who moved the bodies after death, this could easily have been any of the servants. I'm going to go with Gohda, if only for Magical Gohda Chef end. If you like, then whoever moved the bodies also poisoned the tea to begin with, making them the culprit. Clearly this person forgot which tea was poisoned, drank the poisoned tea, and died themselves. This also explains why nobody was left alive. It also explains Battler's death when he was the only one left on the island. He drank the tea.


After reading the information presented, I'd like you to sit and think about it. I mean really think about it. Doesn't it make sense? Doesn't it all fit together perfectly?
Of course it does. With this theory, there is no need for a DID maid, a psycho blond cousin, or anything of the sort.

Homework theory

Umineko Naku Koro Ni is a homework assignment for the Higurashi characters where each character gets to write tale using the Umineko characters.

Evidence

There are usually 8 episodes (8 arcs) in the “When they cry” series. There are also 8 main character in Higurashi.

It has not been stated that Satoshi is still in a coma in 1986. So it is possible that the 8 characters (Keichi, Mion, Rena, Rika, Shion, Hanyuu, and Satoshi) are each participating in this assignment.

Higurashi has been mentioned in Umineko Several times in many episodes of the VN. In the Anime Maria also watches it on TV.

There are many “adowable” things inserted in episodes 3 and 4 and there is a machete in episode 1. This is evidence that Rena is influencing some of the characters Homework.

In episode 5 Battler becomes “Game master”. The club in Higurashi is a club where they play “games”.

The Seven sisters of Purgatory wear outfits that are very similar to the “maid cafe outfit” Shion wears as waitress in Higurashi. (Maybe Keichi was making fun of Shion?)

Gentlemen, Umineko has been solved, clear evidences show us Beatrice's true identity: Beato is a teapot.

EVIDENCES:
-In Ep 1 and so on, after the lunch tea is served. Killfest follows.
The teapot started it all, because poison was inside. Stakes? gore everywhere? Nay, illusions caused by poisoning. Note that everyone always dies.
-Ep 2, Shannon, to obtain true love with George, receives a "golden brooch" while walking on the shore.
Now, being the smart men we are, we know that this is delusional thinking. There's no way a servant could get her filthy hands on a perfectly crafted golden brooch. Or being at the beach, that is.
She is clearly in the kitchen, doing her chores, and has just put her hands on a teapot nearby. Since Kumasawa slack off, she have to keep it always near herself, then why don't trick herself making the teapot become a vessel of love?
Please recognize that George never confess his love near Battler, they are just fantasies, he was always asking the filthy servant his righteous tea.
-curious how Beato seems to know all the possible different tea labels.
-and Ronove, dammit, R07 said that he would give us a strong hint. He is a butler. well, demonic maybe, but damn, a FUCKING BUTLER. what does a butler do? COOKIES.
and guess what? cookies are served with the TEA.
-But, of course, the strongest hint has been shown in Ep 4: Battler, at the end, dies.

What else, and I repeat, WHAT ELSE, could have killed a perfectly sane boy, if not a flying and spinning teapot?

Normal Gohda or MAGICAL GOHDA CHEF?

All of Umineko can be explained with the work of advance technology that Kinzo invented. This is where all of his real wealth comes in. The servants are all robots, and so do not count as real people. There can be as many androids on the island as he wants, they don't fit into the 16 person restriction. Beam guns, invisibility cloaks, a belt that allows your particles to vibrate at a frequency that will go through solid objects, etc.

All the work of a mad inventor named Kinzo. Beatrice is none other than an old android that he fell in love with who's data somehow got corrupted.

I've solved Umineko. Thank you DEEN, for pointing out this detail which was not mentioned in the VN. I would have never figured it out without this scene that clearly shows Genji's cloaking device malfunctioning.

The real killer(s) are a bunch of assassin who named themselves "Godas". They looks exactly the same and share the same name. There are unknown number of them, however they always create alibi for each other.
