Dreamt I was lost in a river, I had a ~300x3 score/power up I was clinging like it was precious but I lost hold of it and get swept away for a bit but then grab hold of a >4000x4 Hecatia score/power up, thinking this is way better, I'm stuck in the river as it flows off a cliff and as I fall I hear a ponyfaggot laughing at me but I air jump really hard and make it back onto land.

She's tied to witchcraft, necromancy, (spaces between) boundaries, childcare, miracles, ghosts, the night, the moon, and magic. In her capacity as a magical goddess, she has been worshiped by magical societies and orders for thousands of years, probably due to her association with souls and daemons via Gnostic writings and her unique capacity to fulfill prayers for miracles and her ability to manipulate the three realms of the sky, the earth and the sea. She is a goddess of child nursing and care for she nursed the Olympians before Cronos ate them. She is a goddess of witchcraft, ghosts, and necromancy due to her associations with the Underworld and her role in the Eleusinian Mysteries following and preceding Persephone to and from the Underworld, as well as her nightly journeys accompanied by the dead, black dogs, and her Lampades (gifts from Zeus, though the circumstances of this gift in particular is unknown to me). She is a goddess of miracles because she has great power over reality due to her gifts from her Titan parentage and grandparentage and from Zeus gifting her more power over the realms after the Titanomachy. She is seated as his right hand and is uniquely ordained to provide miracles. She is a liminal goddess because she has no temples in Greece, only shrines located at the gateway of temples and entrances to homes and at crossroads, where she offers protection to travelers. She is the goddess of the keys because keys are (somehow) related to her as part of a ritual involving keys which has something to do with her and is super important, though we don't know why. Other items associated with Hecate would be snakes, daggers, and torches. Snakes probably due to her witchcraft connections to poisons and medicine, daggers to symbolize her status as a nurse to cut the umbilical cords of babies, and torches because she lights the path at night and illuminates dangers. There's other uniquely interesting details about Hecate, such as that in her temples in Anatolia (modern-day Turkey), she has bare footprint indentations on the floors in specific areas, and that she even had a statue in Constantinople and even protected the city from harm once by illuminating the position of a sieging army in the middle of the night.

Hecatia is the most interesting goddess ever, far surpassing some boring backdoor goddess who can only pretend to be interesting by being a billion different freaks.

By what criteria?

Raiko's certainly better than the clusterfuck of a boss that is Hecatia, her musical theme is miles better and her personality is pleasantly chill.
But she's a lot less original design-wise and she really can't really compare to the Goddess of Hell both in terms of powerlevel and wits - especially not after her insight in AFiEU interview.

Persephone is the Queen of the Underworld (Greek).
Hecate was the only Titan allowed by Zeus to retain her position. She was the protector of house and of newborns, as well as the goddess of witchcraft, the night, moon, ghosts, and necromancy. Her kingdom was threefold, owning the land, sky and sea. She could conjure storms and walked the nightly roads, visiting cemeteries. She was a virgin goddess, daughter of the Titan goddess of the shining light, and she illuminated the dark.
She could foresee the past, present and future and was the one who told Demeter the fate of Persephone.
She comforted Persephone, becoming her confidante and became an honorary permanent guest in the land after life.
