From what I gathered shes not "idiot moe" but more "duty/lawful-minded" and clueless about anything outside the inmediate goals/tasks she is focused on and bonus points if she gets to fight something.
You could take this to mean shes "lawful-stupid" depending on your interpretation. Shed make a great and annoying paladin. Kinda like that dragon dude in Sengoku Youko ("I am a straight arrow!" and all that).

Thats the impresion the information about her in both TD and SoPM left me with.
