LST Decryption Guy.
Get AAMake2Decrypt.exe from hongfire and extract jcp05_00_00.pp (drag and drop)
Inside are a bunch of the lst files you want to modify. They can be opened and saved with a simple text editor.
The ones you want to change are js_03_20_00.lst through js_03_20_25.lst.

Reading through the files, it seems that the voices match the order that they appear in the maker, with the female voices comprising the first 21 files, and the males the last four.
If you can't figure it out through that, there are pointers in the .lst files that say which sound files are used for what lines.
They match the .pp file names of the archived voices for each character. Extraction process is the same, just a bunch of .wav files this time.

Change what you want and save.
Delete or backup the old .pp file and drag the modified folder back onto AAMake2Decrypt.
