So, the Kanon game.

>9/10/07 - Translation is essentially finished. Editing has begun.

Anyone who knows a thing or two about visual novel translation know how long that's going to take, on a scale of months to years?

Also, since I'm reluctant to try the half-done patch, does anyone know how sad the game is? Considering the level of BAAAAW the Clannad game has provided whilst the anime (so far) has been said to be the least sad of the two, I get the impression that when it comes out Makoto's route will send /jp/ into manic depression for several months.
