I've played iOS/Android and Steam too. I actually forgot about them though until you mentioned it. The iOS one is kinda boring because the arcade is so much more fun with the controllers it has, but it scratches the itch and it's fine for a phone rhythm game.

The issue is the default song pack is small and boring and every additional pack costs $ and it adds up FAST if you want a bunch of Vocaloid packs of which they don't have a massive amount on the app.

On Steam it's the same thing. Barely any music and you have to buy DLC packs and at this stage in Steam's version life there is barely any of those packs at all and I don't even think there is a Vocaloid one yet, or maybe one if any. They sell app/steam compatible controllers if you really want one of those at home but they cost a premium and are kinda close to arcade but not the same.

Groove Coaster is getting a big Gyari event.

They're adding Akane Goes Along With Anything You Say as a chart plus Charles (I don't know if it's Flower or a cover)

Akane themes, banners and avatars. Even an Akane navigator. I swear to god the only thing she better say is "un" all the time.
