The succubus would care for her and see to her needs and over time, the dullahan's body would start reacting to her attempts to comfort her. She would start developing a personality, and with it, a mind separate from her long gone head.

Over time, the two would learn to communicate with each other through sign language. After years of total social isolation, the body would finally be able to speak to people again, and with this newfound hope she'd form new dreams.
Eventually, she'd found a prestigious school for Deaf-mute children and adults who wanted to learn sign language as well. There, she'd find the love of her life in the widower father of one of the children attending the school.

And so she'd live happy ever after.
