Does the box come to your door or does the leasing office hold it for you? Either way it's furniture or equipment for a trade show your work is making you go to. No elaborate stories and no need to discuss this with anyone. Your new shelving unit isn't exciting. You are not happy your boss is making you store the trade show booth this year (you don't understand why they did this, you're not happy with them, you don't want to talk about work - no more than two slowly stated sentences). There's nothing to discuss here. Except that you need to make sure none of your shit gets broken or stolen.

If your leasing office receives or holds large packages (doubt this) or is involved in letting parcels through securely (letting UPS in the door) then casually ask about furniture shipping and if it's okay to paint. You're getting a doll might as well get a new LED lamp setup. You should, lighting matters a lot w/ dolls. If you are that paranoid this is a good time to get a new desk or something. Have multiple large boxes show up. I literally just did that. Had a new bed and desk shipped here and in between them I got a doll box. Amazon overnights beds.

You have to remember when it comes to your personal and legal privacy or your property you are 100% in charge. No one else is least of all a government agent, delivery worker, landlord, or an office worker/grounds keeper. On top of that all of these people work for you. Although all of them may want to pretend otherwise sometimes, that's not the case. Delivery workers can be cool. If you aren't kissing your complex management's ass already you're doing it wrong. Relax.
