Depends on what kind of doll you're making, what style you're going for and the budget you're working with. Is it a YoSD or more like a fashion doll 1/6 scale?
Search terms are basically what you typed plus "doll" or "bjd"
You can find some cheap eyes and wigs in that size on ebay or aliexpress. Quality may vary.
