News:
-There are 4 New Year's quest that have been added. The final one rewards a 2018 New Year Furniture.
-Naganami Kai Ni has been implemented. Level 75, a Blueprint, and an Action Report are required for the remodel. She gains further bonus damage from the 12.7cm Type D, for a total of +6FP without accounting for improvements.
-The November ranking rewards have been distributed. The new item is the 12.7cm Type D destroyer main gun. When used on Type A DDs and Type C (Shimakaze) bonus combat damage can be gained. +1FP bonus for Kagerou-class and +2FP bonus for Yuugumo-class and Shimakaze.
-The 12.7cm Type D can now be improved through Akashi's arsenal. The Type C can also be upgraded into the Type D through Akashi's arsenal.
-Part 2 of Decisive Battle, Operation Shou-Gou! Interception in the Battle of Leyte Gulf will take place in the Winter event, with Palawan, Sibuyan, and Engaño being the setting. The Fleets commanded by Kurita, Suzuki, Ozawa, as well as Part 1's Nishimura and Shima Fleets will all feature in the event. This will be the final event of KanColle's Phase 1.
-The Strait Medal for clearing Surigao Strait has been handed out to admirals. It can be viewed in the admiral panel and will show up on top of certain desks in the admiral's office.
-Several destroyers have received buffs to their Kai Ni. Ayanami and Ushio +2FP, Shigure +2 Torp, Hatsushimo +1Armor/FP/Torp, Bep +1 FP/Armor.
-Musashi's construction rate has been increased in LSC.
-Four permanent quests were added with Naganami Kai Ni's update. A new expedition in World 2 was added.
-End of Year CGs and voicelines have been replcaed by new and returning New Year's voicelines and CGs.
-Various old furniture has returned. The Jukebox's track order was updated. A scroll to celebrate the 2018 New Year has been distributed to all admirals.
-A british DD will be implemented in the Winter event.
-There are plans for expanding with ASW equipment from the land of black tea like ASDIC and hedgehogs.
-The 5th year of KanColle will see something "interesting" regarding foreign ships.
-New Akizuki and Matsu-class destroyers are under plans to be added.
-KanColle will migrate to HTML5 and Friend Fleets will be implemented in the 2018 Spring.
