Well, I got this weird idea that it's something experimental done to her because she is CEBD (or how that disease was spelled), most likely during her so supposed hospitalization. But I wonder tough, does Sora know about Makotos simulcrum?

On related note, I wonder if this silhouette of simulcrum is of Soras? If it is, it seems to be based of Shadow Wolf (Kous simulcrum) which would imply that she got it during school years. But when she could have gotten it? during the incident with Kuu which has been referred or for some other reason? But generally Sora doesn't seem to be of fighter type tough, so it could be also someone elses.

The others who it might belong that I can think of is Noi and Noitsuen. As the base is designed by Aki, she could have seen Noi fighting with it and decided to make something similar, as I'm pretty sure Noi has one, but hasn't shown it us yet.
Or it could be Noitsuens, as if I remember correctly Aki once hacked to midspires Baldr system which Noitsuen was linked with when she died. So there might have been data of it in baldr system which Aki got from hacking it and then decided make something based of it. we'll this ofcourse again is based on assumption that Noitsuen had simulcrum, but considering his status, I'm pretty sure that he had.

So, in the case that Sora actualy belongs now to somekind of mercanary/military group, we can safely say that this is her simulcrum? others who most likely have simulcrum and we havent seen are Noi, Noitsuen and Agent/Eve/Seira (if they have even one), but I doubt it's theirs, considering that this seemingly is based of shadow wolf.
