Wow. I know I probably got a bit lucky, but only 18 runs total for E-4 Hard 2nd part, 3 of those for last dance.

Light fleet is the way to go. Aim for AP, fully sparkle everything and find something fun to do so you don't get disparaged by the random taihas.
