Problem is I might have overcommited my CVs already. I still have some dupes but they are very low level except for dupe Akagi who is ready for her second remodel. I am reluctant because it has not justified the costs. Yet.

That's a good idea. If the enemy is gonna cheat and prioritise special ships first, might as well mitigate the risk and spread them.
