That right there is why I say it's nonsense. You make it sound like Reimu truly despises the alices, but still cares for them a little just because they're related. That sounds like some basis for a shitty tsundere character.
She hates the alices
She denies that they're her children (pic)
She doesn't feed them
She attacks the alices to protect her real child.
It really doesn't sound like she has a SHRED of motherly love for those children.
