Cover was retarded with the permissions shit, nobody disagrees with that, but nobody was expecting streams from over half a year ago on decades-old games to lead to near-termination of the channel. That is unprecedented bullshittery and not even Nintendo was retarded enough to try that. Cover's response was severe, sure, but it also probably saved Mio's or other associated channels from termination.
