Kaiware by Flying Shine. The game is sort of eh, not great but not terrible or anything. Funny thing is, for a game entirely about body-swapping there's only one actual body-swapped sex scene it's the best friend

The story is sometimes decent really, it's about a group of friends who end up discovering a way to swap bodies with each other. The thing is, they all kind of hate their own lives, so they end up becoming addicted to being someone else and don't want to stop.
