Myrobotdoll is selling the exact same dolls as that picture. I'm the one that posted it.
They are called "Happy doll." (幸福人形)
The reason you think the ones on MRD's site are ugly is probably because you're looking at the pages listing the doll with the default face with no makeup on, which is basically just eyes on a blank face. This gives you the option of painting a face on yourself if you wish.
Or, you can pay MRD $150 extra with the order and they will have the manufacturer paint the face to look like a character of your choice. You upload a picture of her face and provide the character's name. You can see this if you select the size of doll you want and for "Face" select Custom, then run through the options until it prompts you to upload an image and provide a name. It will also give you a list of premade faces to choose from.
