Here's my speculation:
I, for one, know almost nothing about him, so my deductions are very limited.
It's so easy for him to switch from loli enje mode to typical anon mode anytime.
Taking his confession as the truth it seems like he did this out of spite against spergs, because they hated spam. "You spergs said that you hated spam so an idea popped into my head".
But if that's true, then why didn't he spam your thread instead? That's a contradiction.
Does he not know about you? Did he not know the first thread was made by you? That's a very low probability.

Well as I said there's not enough info to deduct anything. And by the way, he clearly knows about the consequences that come with this. If he went out of his way just to confess in this horrible way then he should expect filtering and hatred as a natural thing, just like how you're doing right now, not try to act like a nice guy and pretending he was Itachi all along. He sounds like a faggot and it was clearly something he did out of boredom.
