This site was posted a little while ago and it is now in the intended usable state.
https://boroboro.neocities.org/

On the site you'll find the Amazon ripped ebooks previously shared plus a fair bit more added since. At current there are 23000 ebooks in both epub and azw3 format. The main content of the site is split into pages with everything by an individual author or the publisher imprint the book was published under. The latter information was taken purely from the novel title and there are no doubt imprint publications found under the "misc." imprint which weren't picked up on. Each of these categories are divided into a simple listing of the books or a gallery view with the book cover images, with the gallery pages being naturally heavier.
I did a rough check and around 3000 of the 23000 entries can already be found on https://yonde.itazuraneko.org/ . A key difference being that yonde.itazuraneko.org doesn't have azw3 format downloads and they may be issues with vertical text being horizontal in the epub, as well as images resized smaller than the original. Steps were taken to avoid this Calibre default with the books added to boroboro.neocities.org . A reference for those pre-existing titles can be found here:

There is also a collection of 9285 青空文庫 works from Amazon. They aren't included in the main part of the site and the related link is a direct mega folder link. The 青空文庫 related literature on yonde.itazuraneko.org were sourced from a third party html archive without any related images and while they should be fine for the most part, anyone interested in older Japanese literature who also prefers reading off an e-reader, they might find it easier to bulk download the azw3/epub files from there, knowing that they are at least any errors found within them are due to the publisher/archiver and not user error.

Happy reading.
