I tried both and it seems like I have better chances with Reisen, at least I managed to credit feed to the end as her. Sanae's bomb grazing is nice but there's not much of a net gain plus Reisen's bomb is just easier to handle, press x and forget about it until you get hit 3 times. Laser tax is brutal though.
