I think all in all the problem lies with Polka and even then, it's not a problem, it's just who Polka is.
4 out of 5 members of Shiraken love Noel and talk to her every day, they go out eating and they invite her to parties, they have a good time. Noel is very social with Shiraken, so obviously she's not the problem. Sure finding games that fit 5 players is difficult but Flare knew that when inviting Noel. Shirkaen is Flare's creation and something she wanted to share with her friends and Noel is her best friend, so of course Noel would be in it, people were asking Flare when Noel was going to join since she made it.
Pekora needs to break out of her comfort zone. Shiraken could have been that but Polka is showing she's more resilient than that, so maybe Bakatare can do it. The fact that Polka needs so many hug boxes is really telling because outside of her usual colalbs with Flare and Fubuki, she really doesn't collab with anyone, she's the loner, not Noel. I don't know how Polka and Noel act with each other, Noel is usually very loving and welcoming, they say she's very easy to approach which is why the younger Holos go to her for advice. I'm sure if Polka gave Noel a chance she would enjoy it. But Polka is the one choosing to make it weird, Polka is the one choosing not to go out to eat or go to USJ or go to pariies with her friends, for whatever reason, let it be she's an introvert with anxiety or she hates Noel. I don't know what Noel could have done to warrant hate from Polka, if she should be mad at anyone it should be Flare for inviting more people. Maybe that's why Flare isn't inviting anymore people because inviting Noel broke Polka.

She's been up all night. I hope this means Shiraken have been hanging out. Hopefully Noel is being healed by her friends.
