Actually Okuu had been born much earlier than the building of Chireiden. She was friends with Orin before that as well, the only thing known is that she went into a long sleep for an unspecified reason and when she woke up, the old hell was gone and Satori adopted her and Orin.

Satori is so small.
It makes me feel weird that I want to be her pet too.
