If he didn't draw them himself, all the characters would be bishonen-gay looking or maybe they wouldn't look like what he pictured them to be. Just take a look at what Studio DEEN did. Look what they did to George.

Actually, when I think about it. That was a really stupid argument, as we've already confirmed one bishonen-fag in Episode 7.
