E3 is map is very easy, but your bottleneck is on the air defense. Not sure how much air power you need but even with the best interceptors and green plane available, you still can fail.
E4 is even worse, you need to pull off perfect air defense twice. Also with the strict historical composition, you really need the best seaplane fighter for this map since you want AS+ for a higher chance to trigger APCI on fusou hime. Requirements are less strict when you drop down in difficulty.
