ask yourself: how big would you like her? do you want a perfectly normal robot girlfriend? do you want a personal mech girl to pilot? or do you want a 1/100 scale mini-helper bot to fly around you on a mini-jetpack like a metallic fairy?
ask yourself: how robotic would you like her? do you want her to always be calm and calculating, or with some feelings hidden underneath? do you want her to slowly learn to be human from you, going from monotone to genki or whatever floats your boat? or do you want a crazy nutter of an AI whose old masters have died and thus her proverbial gears are a little off?
ask yourself: what kind of dynamics do you want in her? do you want her to be unable to eat food at all, or to just process it? do you want her to see food as an inefficient fuel source when compared to your mana? or do you want her to be completely oblivious to using food for joy, so you can show her the amazing world of flavors through your own cooking?
ask yourself: how moddable do you want her to be? factory standard or scrapped together out of incomprehensible magitech? a billion sockets for different functions hidden in a compartment in her back, or only the bare necessity multi-functional refuelling and waste disposal ports? or do you want to be able to add(or remove) entire new arms and legs and centaur behinds and wheels and threads and other big parts that completely change her and how she interacts with the world?
with your dick in one hand, and a pen in the other, write your ideas out. it will take time, the writing will be unrefined, but it will be your ideas that you find sexy, and that is all what matters.
