streamlined Snail Tourist start:

1. do the tutorial until you get the bow. then stop. you don't want to fight the putits, they'll kick your ass.
2. ditch the bow. put the corpse in the fridge. pick up some trash/junk stone/broken vase/etc, for later quest use.
3. haul ass to Derphy. if you get into a fight on the way you'll probably die. it's okay, just crawl back up and try again until you make it.
4. buy a Warrior of Elea. hide behind him/her for now if you get into a scrape. do I Want It/1-green-star monster hunt quests until you get 15 platinum coins. if you run out of quests, get out of town and walk around 1 tile from it for 2 days until it resets.

5. haul ass to Yowyn. this trip should be relatively safe since you've got someone to fight for you.

6. Train Riding. Buy a Wild Horse. Ride it. You now have 95 Speed.

7. Get back to Derphy. Buy a nuke. Go nuke your home to get the artifact bow/dagger.

8. get rid of your Warrior of Elea. if you don't do this you can't do the next step due to shitty Charisma.

9. Go to Vernis and pick up your little girl.

bonus: you can wall in the Cleaners by walling their spawn point in with a Rod of Create Door.
