Miruku goes by the name of "Amai Miruku"(天衣 みるく), literally "sweet milk".
They spell out her name as "Miruku" in the settings menu, but most of the image names and various code references for her use "Milk". Just an interesting tidbit.
Her real name is Binyuu 美乳, literally "beautiful breasts, but has the homophone 微乳, which means "small/delicate breasts", which is more than likely yet another reason why Miruku has a complex over it.
The explanation the MC comes up with for why her parents named her that is, since her parents are dairy farmers, they likely took the 美 from 美味しい(delicious) and the the 乳 from 牛乳(cow's milk) to form Miruku's name(美乳).
