Difficulty in touhou is supremely subjective. There are two methods for succeeding in danmaku-dense situations which can serve people on varying levels depending on the card.

The first type of strategy includes peering into a bubble surrounding your character and taking note of what bullets enter, what direction, speed, etc to determine in your mind where every bullet will be in x seconds, or more specifically, the next location you need to be in order to not collide with a bullet's hitbox. This method takes into account bullets that actively change direction/curve. Since your eye is always focused on the bubble, each shift in momentum and direction is noted. This method is excellent for twitch dodging (all of Murasa's non cards)

Then there's the method that encompasses a much larger portion of the screen, generally the entire spell. Actively you seek out bullets that aim near your character and imagine lines where the bullets will be throughout their duration on screen. Simply avoid the lines at all costs and all bullets will pass you harmlessly. This method generally requires a lot more forethought and practice than the twitch method from before, it's good to know in advance where the bullets will come from. This strategy is most prominent in most of Mokou's spells, especially her chain of last words, and Nue's Rainbow UFO invasion of terror.

Depending on your propensity and skills between twitch dodging vs danmaku clairvoyance, you'll find certain characters harder than others.

Pracitce across any touhou game will sharpen your twitch ability, while the clairvoyance is specific to a game.

Also, Momiji is cute.

Why, I do believe you're not serious. Best thing in Touhou is obviously a fluffy Momiji.
