Pixiv filename already gives it.
4chan X even hotlinks such filenames. Along with imgur, flickr, deviantart, and fagbook, at least. Makes them all a single click away.
Even if you don't use that, Saucenao works as well, even for deleted stuff where it may also give booru mirror links.
Such glorious tools certainly work for people. Unlike NEETs.
