In Ground area there's this Crimrose chick. Talk to her. Trade robot parts/weapons for points, trade points for lucky boxes, each lucky box costs either 5000 or 8000 points depending on the difficulty of the mission you do. Open those and get EXTRAORDINARILY LUCKY and you'll get a little floating Ivis, or Crimrose, or Lily Rain, or if you're like me, you'll get a bunch of shit ... and a cute little panda hat!
