Managed to finally get KBM running with my keyboard. Game runs perfectly but there's no settings to change resolution or anything. Guess that's something we should be used to.

Thanks for the tips. This shit seems like a nightmare to get started with, especially since I've never touched a piano before. Luckily the game as a good amount of practice options before actually tackling anything on. Not sure what the wheel is binded to also since my keyboard lacks one.
