So I had this cool idea about how black harpies would live in community in a modern setting
>Living in, typically, a suburban area
>The entire extended family (clan) occupies a small section of the city or town

>Lots of a community interaction and parties
>Everyone is treated well
>They buy up and/or force out people in neighboring houses to the community if there's a need for expansion

>2nd floor contains all the amenities
>On the roof is a large rest with a canopy over it

I think the Black Harpy is really cute.
